Mr. Do Duy Thanh is an F&B strategist specializing in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. With extensive experience in consulting, operations, and business development, he has worked with a wide range of restaurant, hotel, and hospitality projects across Vietnam.

He is the Managing Director of FnB Director, a consultancy specializing in the development of restaurants, hotels, and hospitality projects, and the Founder of Horeca Business School, a professional education platform dedicated to training the next generation of hospitality managers and industry leaders.

Throughout his career, Mr. Thanh has held senior management and executive positions at renowned hospitality brands, including Mandarine, Hoi An Sense, Opus Saigon, San Fu Lou, Sorae, and Di Mai. He has also served as a strategic advisor for numerous restaurant, hotel, and mixed-use hospitality developments across Vietnam.

Since 2022, Mr. Thanh has served as an Advisor to the Vietnam F&B Industry Report, contributing insights into the country’s evolving hospitality landscape. He is also the author of more than 1,000 in-depth articles on management and business strategy for the Horeca Business School Learning Blog and many respected industry media platforms.

Beyond his expertise in F&B management, Mr. Thanh has extensive experience in the wine and whisky industry, where he served as Head of Sales & Marketing. In this role, he led training programs on wine culture, appreciation, and service standards for hospitality professionals, sales teams, restaurants, and hotels.
