Amidst the debates surrounding the list, there is one restaurant whose recognition is undisputed: Nén Danang, the first and only restaurant in Vietnam to receive a Michelin Green Star. This accolade not only celebrates culinary excellence but also acknowledges the efforts of restaurants and chefs in environmental protection and sustainable development.
