Gia Lĩnh (Sâu) is a bartender and storyteller of the world of spirits, cocktails and bar culture. Starting his journey from the curiosity of a customer sitting at the bar, he taught himself and accumulated experience through each shift to pursue the work he loves. Currently serving in the military, he continues to write about history, people and the stories behind each drink. For Lĩnh, a cocktail is not just a recipe — it is the crystallisation of culture, memory and values preserved through time.
